Philosophy

Because many of our team members come from a marketing communications background, we apply these basic principles of to the work that we do in employee communications. We segment employee groups, as we would customer groups and we weave multiple communications tools into our plans—recognizing that people learn and absorb information in various ways.

Part of the planning process at The Juniper Group includes client immersion; our unique approach that helps ensure that we are developing a successful employee communications program. We make a point of visiting manufacturing and sales locations; eating in employee cafeterias; and visiting company restrooms and break rooms understanding the work environment and messaging opportunities at our clients’ locations.
